1. Terms of Use for website
Dear user, you are about to register to www.scripterplace.com.
To do so, you will have obey some rules we have made.
All these rules are written down in this terms of use, if you decide not to obey our rules then we will take our actions against you and it will cause a permanent ban from our website.

This is why we strongly recommend you to read this terms of use to prevent future problems.

www.scripterplace.com has every right to change, remove or add rules to this terms of use without informing you. The effects on those changes will go active as soon as they are changed. They will apply on any new released application and, if so written, also on previously released applications.
   

2. Disclaimer
You are not allowed to use our images for your own or any other projects or website. You can not say that any scripts displayed on this website are made by you and offer it for money.


3. Privacy Policy
You can use our applications for what ever your purpose is, they are free programs which are editable under conditions. One of them conditions is that you inform us when you are editing the source code, another one is that you NEVER EVER delete OR edit the link to our website and the copyright.

Our applications are made to make life online easy for you, so we hope you can respect this and you will not violate our rules.

4. User Rules and Obligations
Things you are allowed to do:
You are allowed to use and edit the program under conditions.
You are allowed to change the layout of our programs.

Things you are not alowed to do:
You are not allowed to spread the applications under your name or what so ever, they are and will always be an application developped by scripterplace.com. If you want to edit the entire program and change alot, then we can talk about any other options.
You are not allowed to change the name of the applications.
You are not allowed to violate our terms of use.
On the website you are not allowed to use abusive language.
If we notice any hack attempts or what so ever it will result in a permanent ban.

5. Third Party Websites
If you publish our applications be sure to always link to our website.
Other people also have to know if there are any updates available or if there are any bugs found in the current version.

Besides that you are allowed editing our programs under conditions, you could also help us develope our programs.
If you are any good with php/mysql , html/css , javascript or designing and you have some good idea's... you can always contact us at info@scripterplace.com.

6. Owner's Rights
All content given to you on scripterplace.com is copyrighted to scripterplace.com. If it is not copyrighted to scripterplace.com the rightfull owner can leave his copyright inside or outside the content, if we didn't already placed it. We do not allow any wrong use of the contents given to you from scripterplace.com. 

You are not allowed to change or remove the copyright and 'Powered by' statements that are present in applications, scripts or information. This is in conflict with the Terms of Use you agree to follow when installing and using the application. 
When you want to remove the statements you will to need contact us at info@scripterplace.com for information about this. Most probably this will require a small one-time payment, so you can use the applications, scripts or information without the statements. But still be bound to the Terms of Use.

7. Security

A. Author's security
As you might already know we try to make everything as secure as possible, but if it ever happens that we get hacked or anything and displays fake information on the wbesite we can not be held responsible for this.

B. User's security
When we are developing our applications we do our best to make it proper secured.
But as in every project there are always some bugs, if you find any please report them at info@scripterplace.com.

Your passwords will always be stored with a salted + peppered md5 encryption which will be unique with every registration, so all your passwords are stored safely in our own database. We will never violate your personal information.

8. Special information
Our applications are tested in WAMP and LAMP and are meant to work properly when published, as named above there still can be some bugs found and we cannot held responsible for any failures.
